Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to help! You can request an exchange or a refund. To ensure a smooth process, please provide a video of the unboxing. This helps us verify the issue and improve our service.

Incorrect Products: If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order, don’t worry. You can exchange it for the correct product. We kindly ask for an unboxing video to process your exchange quickly and accurately.

Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to do so. Please make sure the item is in its original condition, unworn, and has all tags and packaging intact. An unboxing video is required to verify the product's condition upon arrival.
