Return and Refund Policy (We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned)

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, you can request an exchange or a refund. Please note that an unboxing video is required for us to process your request.
Wrong Products: If you receive an incorrect product, you can exchange it. An unboxing video is also required in this case.
Returns: Returns are eligible within 5 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition with no signs of damage.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted only for wrong or damaged products, provided an unboxing video is submitted.
Refunds: Refunds are available only if the product is damaged and supported by an unboxing video.
Please note that complaints about damaged products without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Shipping and Delivery (We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible)

Delivery Time: Typically within 3 days.
Shipping Area: Currently, we ship only within Tamil Nadu. We will update you once we expand our shipping services nationally and internationally.
Shipping Costs: Costs vary based on the weight of the product.

Payment Methods (For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment options)

Accepted Payments: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, IppoPay, and credit/debit cards.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Usage: This information is used solely for order updates, company news, offers, and notifications about new collections.

Pricing and Availability (We strive to keep our inventory updated and accurately priced)

However, if an item is out of stock or incorrectly priced, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
